Law 34/2014, Article 9 – Right of Withdrawal
Paragraph 1: Consumers have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract or an off-premises contract, with no need to give a reason.
Paragraph 2: This 14-day period starts counting from the day the consumer (or someone they designate, other than the courier) physically receives the product.
Refunds are paid by bank transfer within 14 calendar days of cancelling the order (after the return form is filled in). Returns are handled only through NAHODKA SRL's partner courier. To keep things simple, a fixed fee of 25 lei is deducted from the refund to cover return shipping.
Exception: If the product arrived defective or you received the wrong item, the return is free and NAHODKA SRL covers the full shipping cost.
If you received a defective or incorrect product, email contact@airyumm.ro with at least one photo showing the issue.
Under OUG 34/2014, this product falls into a category that — for health and hygiene reasons — cannot be returned once unsealed. So returns are not accepted if the product has been opened, used, or had its original seal removed. This rule exists to maintain hygiene standards and protect all customers.
To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Be in the same condition as when delivered — no signs of wear, damage, or alteration. Opened, used, dirty, or incomplete products will not be accepted.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
All returns are received and inspected under video surveillance, to protect against fraud or disputes about the product's condition.
