Law 34/2014 ARTICLE 9 Right of withdrawal

Paragraph 1) The consumer benefits from a period of 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract or an off-premises contract, without having to justify the decision to withdraw.

Paragraph 2) The withdrawal period mentioned in par. (1) expires within 14 days from the day on which the consumer or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by the consumer, takes physical possession of the products, in the case of sales contracts.

The value of the returned product will be paid by bank transfer within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the cancellation of the distance contract (completion of the return form).

Product returns are exclusively organized by NAHODKA SRL through our partner courier. To simplify the process, we will deduct a fixed sum of 25 lei from the refund, representing the transport cost for the return.
Exception: If the delivered product has a manufacturing defect or was sent incorrectly, the return is free, and NAHODKA SRL will cover the transport costs in full.

If you received a defective product, or received a different product from the one ordered on our website, please contact us at contact@airyumm.ro and send us at least one photo showing the damage caused.

According to GEO no. 34/2014, regarding consumer rights within distance contracts, this product falls into the category of goods which, for health protection and hygiene reasons, cannot be returned after unsealing.
Therefore, returns are not accepted if the product has been opened, used, or if the original seal has been removed.

Please understand that this measure aims to comply with hygiene standards and protect all our customers.

For a product to be eligible for return, it must meet the following requirements:

• Product condition: The product must be in the same condition as it was delivered, without signs of wear, damage, or modifications. Unsealed, used, dirty products or products with missing accessories will not be accepted for return.
• Supporting documents: Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for return processing.

All returns are received and checked under video surveillance, thus ensuring protection against possible attempts at fraud or complaints related to the condition of the returned product.
